WHA Offers Scholarship Grants to Vietnam-Korea Industrial Technology Vocational College during Opening Day Ceremony

On October 22, the Vietnam-Korea Industrial Technology Vocational College held the opening ceremony for the new academic year 2020-2021, with the participation of Nghe An officials, executives of companies that provide training programs, school officials and incoming students.
