Thanh Hoa features a standard supply capacity of 250 KVA per hectare. The area is served by the Hoang Long and Hoang Hoa 110kV substations, connected by a 22kV transmission line with capacities of 2x63 MVA at Hoang Long and 2x40 MVA at Hoang Hoa. Future supply enhancements include the Hau Loc 220kV substation—located just 9 km from WHAIZ—with a capacity of 2x250 MVA, and an on-site WHA 110kV substation planned to provide an additional capacity of 3*63 MVA.

The water supply for WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone – Thanh Hoa is sourced from the Nam Ma River, with a capacity of 60,900 m³ per hour. A future WHA Water Treatment Plant, developed by WHA UP, will add 21,000 m³/day. The standard supply is 45 m³/ha/day, with an on-site reservoir providing backup storage of 5,000 m³ for Phase 1 and an additional 5,000 m³ for Phase 2.

The information and telecommunications infrastructure is highly developed, ensuring seamless domestic and international connectivity. Multiple telephone service providers have expanded network coverage and enhanced service quality. International courier services operate in partnership with local providers, ensuring efficient logistics. Additionally, fiber optic networks and mobile services are widely available, supported by leading providers such as VNPT, Viettel, and FPT Telecom.
