WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An Signs MOU with Giang Lieu Holdings JSC for Commercial Shophouse Development

This morning, WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Giang Lieu Holdings JSC, a subsidiary of Minh Quan Group, a reputable real estate developer in Vietnam.

Under this partnership, Giang Lieu Holdings will invest in the development of a commercial shophouse project located in Phase 1, Admin–Service Area of WHA Industrial Zone 1 – Nghe An. Covering a total land area of 2,600 m², the project will feature 16 shophouse units arranged in two blocks facing each other, with each building consisting of five floors. 

Designed to serve the growing community of residents, employees, and visitors at WHA Industrial Zone, the shophouses will provide spaces for a wide range of retail and service businesses such as offices, coffee shops, restaurants, clinics, and education centers. 

With an investment capital of USD 2.5 million, this project is expected to enhance the service infrastructure within WHA Industrial Zone, further contributing to a dynamic and modern working and living environment for both investors and workers. 

This collaboration between WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An and Giang Lieu Holdings JSC marks another important step toward developing a fully integrated industrial ecosystem, reinforcing WHA’s commitment to creating sustainable, investor-friendly, and community-oriented industrial zones in Vietnam’s North Central region. ​
