NGHE AN, VIETNAM – January 13, 2026 – WHA Industrial Development PLC. proudly joined Xin Bao Science and Technology Co., Ltd. for the official groundbreaking ceremony of their new manufacturing facility at WHA Industrial Zone 1 – Nghe An. 

The event was attended by senior leaders from the Dong Nam Economic Zone Authority, Nghe An Customs Department, local authorities, and representatives from the Nghe An Outstanding Enterprises Association.
