WHA Vietnam and Kinden Vietnam have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a strategic partnership supporting the stability and long-term growth of Japanese manufacturing companies in Vietnam.

The partnership brings together WHA Vietnam, a member of WHA Group—Thailand’s leading integrated industrial zone developer—and Kinden Vietnam, the local subsidiary of Japan’s comprehensive facilities engineering company, Kinden Corporation. 

By combining high-quality industrial infrastructure with advanced facility engineering and system integration expertise, the two companies aim to deliver added value to Japanese manufacturers across the full investment lifecycle, from project planning to long-term operations. 

WHA Vietnam is developing and operating smart eco-industrial zones in key locations in North Central Vietnam, including Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces, while Kinden Vietnam contributes trusted engineering capabilities backed by Kinden Corporation’s global experience and quality standards. 

Through this collaboration, the two companies seek to provide a seamless, integrated solution that enables manufacturers to establish and operate facilities in Vietnam with greater efficiency, reliability, and confidence.
