Soilbuild International finalizes land agreement with WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An to develop a new project in Nghe An province

Hanoi, on 20 Oct 2023, SB (Nghe An) Co.,Ltd, Soilbuild International (SB International) came to conclude an agreement with WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An JSC to sublease 15.67 hectares of industrial land at phase 2 of WHA Industrial Zone 1 – Nghe An. At this prime location, SB aims to develop a cluster of Ready-built Factories, Buit-to-Suit facilities for lease. By the time the project is completed and become ready for rent at the end of 2024, it’s expected to have a remarkable contribution in luring more high value investments to Nghe An province and embolden the image of a smart eco community at WHA Industrial Zone 1- Nghe An.
