WHA Vietnam Hosts Inaugural 2026 Investor Club Meeting, Reaffirming Commitment to Operational Excellence and Regional Expansion

NGHE AN, VIETNAM – January 30, 2026 – WHA Industrial Zone 1 – Nghe An successfully organized its first Investor Club Meeting of 2026. The event served as a strategic platform for WHA to engage with its valued customers, providing critical updates on industrial services, expansion projects, and advanced preventive measures designed to ensure long-term operational stability.


 

The meeting emphasized WHA's mission to go beyond being a developer, positioning the company as a lifelong partner that grows alongside its investors through continuous improvement and proactive risk management. 

Strategic Growth and Expansion Beyond WHAIZ 

Ms. Anchalee Prasertchand, Vice President of WHA Industrial Development PLC, led the session with an overview of WHA’s latest service enhancements and expansion roadmap.

Key highlights included: 

  • Expansion Updates: Progress on current phases of WHA Industrial Zone 1 – Nghe An and the introduction of new, high-standard industrial products tailored to modern manufacturing needs. 

  • Projects Outside WHAIZ: Ms. Anchalee shared WHA’s strategic vision for upcoming projects in other key provinces, including Thanh Hoa, aiming to replicate the "Smart Eco" success model across Northern and Central Vietnam. 

  • Service Integration: An update on the comprehensive one-stop services, utility provisions, and digital solutions that streamline the investment process for international clients. 
     

Operational Excellence and Risk Prevention 

Following the strategic overview, Mr. Ngo Khac Toan – Site Management - Senior Manager presented a detailed technical report on Operational Excellence and Preventive Measures. With climate change and industrial safety becoming top priorities, WHA showcased its robust resilience infrastructure. 


 

The presentation focused on: 

  • Flood Protection Systems: An update on the efficiency of WHA’s drainage and dike systems, which are built to world-class standards to withstand extreme weather conditions. 

  • Operational Incidents & Continuous Improvement: A transparent review of past operational incidents and the subsequent technical improvements implemented to prevent future risks. 

  • Proactive Maintenance: WHA’s commitment to "Zero Downtime" through regular infrastructure audits and immediate response protocols.

The meeting concluded with an open dialogue between WHA leadership and investors.
