Tip Shine Inc. Signs Land Sublease Agreement with WHA Industrial Zone for TopGoal Electronics Project

Vietnam – August 23, 2024 – Tip Shine Inc., a leading electronics manufacturer, officially signed a Land Sublease Agreement (LSA) with WHA Industrial Zone 1 - Nghe An, marking a significant milestone for the establishment of the TopGoal Electronics Project in Vietnam.

The TopGoal Electronics Project, a key investment by Tip Shine Inc., aims to establish a cutting-edge facility specializing in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface-mount technology and the assembly of electronic connectors and components. The project will enhance Tip Shine's manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its supply chain within the region.

The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from both Tip Shine Inc. and WHA Industrial Zone, highlighting the strategic importance of this partnership in driving economic growth and technological innovation in the Nghe An province.

The project is expected to commence construction in Q3 2024, with the facility becoming fully operational by Q3/ 2025. Once completed, the TopGoal Electronics Project will play a pivotal role in positioning Vietnam as a key player in the global electronics manufacturing industry.
