BANGKOK, THAILAND – WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (WHA Group), led by Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group Chief Executive Officer, along with the executive management team, warmly welcomed a high-level delegation and private sector executives from Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. The delegation was led by Mr. Mai Xuân Liêm, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, at WHA Tower.

To catalyze economic cooperation and unveil strategic investment opportunities in Thanh Hoa to Thai businesses and investors, WHA Group hosted the "Gateway to Thanh Hoa Forum." The prestigious event was honored by the presence of H.E. Mr. Pham Viet Hung, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Thailand.

During the visit, the Thanh Hoa delegation toured the WHA Mega Logistics Center and WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1 (WHA ESIE 1) to study WHA Group’s world-class logistics management and its pioneering Smart Eco Industrial Estate model.

WHA Group maintains ultimate confidence in the high-growth potential of Thanh Hoa Province, actively developing the WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone 1. The first phase spans 178 hectares, with construction currently underway and operations scheduled to commence in Q4 2026. Demonstrating immediate commercial traction, the project signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with its first anchor customer on June 15.

Furthermore, WHA Group has secured the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) for the WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone 2 (initial phase of 175 hectares), which was formally presented in the presence of the Prime Ministers of Thailand and Vietnam during the Vietnam-Thailand Business Forum in 2025. Solidifying its market leadership, WHA Group recently obtained another IRC on June 13, 2026, for the WHA Vietnam Innovation Park project. This project will develop next-generation hybrid ready-built factories and warehouses, representing an investment value exceeding USD 11.4 million.
