Nghe An, Vietnam — 16 October 2025 – WHA Industrial Zone Nghe An has signed a Land Sublease Agreement with Vietnam DeOuSi System Engineering Company Limited to develop a modern Service Complex within WHA Industrial Zone 1, Nghe An Phase 2.

Spanning 8,089 Square meters, the Service Complex will feature three 9-floor buildings combining work, living, and leisure in one vibrant destination. Facilities will include:

• Serviced accommodation and office spaces for professionals and investors
• Retail and dining outlets such as restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and convenience stores

The first phase—one building—is set for completion by March 2026, offering over 80 serviced units and a variety of lifestyle amenities designed to make WHA Industrial Zone a more vibrant, convenient, and sustainable community.
