November 27, 2024 – Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam – WHA Industrial Development PLC., a subsidiary of WHA Corporation PLC. and Thailand’s leading developer of industrial estates, utilities, power, and property solutions, is pleased to announce the approval of the Investment Registration Certificate for the WHA Smart Technology Industrial Zone – Thanh Hoa located in Thanh Hoa Province in the North Central region of Vietnam. Spanning a total of 540 hectares upon completion, this development will establish a world-class, modern, and environmentally friendly industrial zone in Thanh Hoa Province, with its 12-kilometer proximity to the province’s main city, the large and available educated workforce from the 3rd most populous province in Vietnam, offering international-standard infrastructure and sustainable solutions to investors.
Construction of Phase 1, covering 178 hectares, will begin in early 2025, with land becoming available for secondary investors later that year. Subsequent expansions, Phase 2 (196 hectares) and Phase 3 (166 hectares), are planned for 2027 and 2030, respectively.
